After receipt of your item you get 14 days in which to decide whether you like it or not.
 
 
 
If you do not like it for whatever reason inform us by e-mail or by a phone call. Then pack the pashmina back in the original packaging, enclose a note with your bank account details and send it back to us. We will send your money back as soon as we will have received the pashmina back.
